Room

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside or around the property and is subject to a 50,000 yen fine.

We do not have connecting rooms. Our hotel has one room per floor.

Our hotel has only one guest room per floor, so we are unable to place rooms next to each other. However, we can arrange for the rooms to be on adjacent floors.

Children aged 3 and under are not included in the total number of guests for up to 2 children.

We provide slippers, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, toothbrush sets, and cotton swabs in the guest rooms. If you need a hairbrush, razor, body sponge, or skincare products, please contact the front desk.

We provide waffle-knit roomwear.

Regarding the cleaning, linen exchange, and bed-making services during your stay.

Amenities

We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, UnionPay (銀聯), and QUICKPAY.

There is no ice machine. Please request ice at the front desk on the 1st floor.

We provide carton-packaged water in the room.

There is no gym within the hotel. Additionally, there are no gyms available for daily use in the vicinity.

The lounge is available from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM
Please note that drinks and snacks are available for purchase until 9:30 PM

There is a public bath on the 6th floor available only for guests staying on the 5th floor.
Guests staying on floors other than the 5th floor cannot use this facility.

Service

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the facility.

We have installed a humidifying air purifier in all guest rooms.

Please contact the hotel in advance and send your luggage for the entire stay or on the day of check-in. Be sure to include the reservation name, stay dates, and a reachable contact number in Japan on the shipping label. Please avoid sending valuable items, multiple packages, large, or heavy items. The hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage.

We do not have medical supplies available.

Access

There is a coin-operated parking lot nearby. Unfortunately, we do not offer any discounts for guests.

We apologize, but we do not offer shuttle service to the airport.

There are convenience stores and supermarkets around the hotel.

Food

Breakfast is available in the lounge on the first floor.
※Breakfast is available from 8:00AM to 10:00AM.

We do not offer room service. However, we can recommend nearby restaurants.

Stay

Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM.

You can leave your luggage at the front desk. After check-out, we can store your luggage until 9 PM.

Cancellation

If you cancel within 7 days of your check-in date, you will be charged for the entire reservation.
